What is your favorite thing about working at SK Food Group?
RJ: The team, and associates. I am very passionate about all aspects of HR. I love what I do and enjoy working with my team.
Why do you think people should join the SK family?
RJ: Culture, if you are looking for a work-life balance, and culture to where you feel a sense of belonging, this is the place for you.
As someone who has recently been promoted, how has SKFG helped prepare you for your new role?
RJ: I had mentors that guided me through the development process. I was involved in various different projects, that included not just HR, but having a business mind set, how HR can help the company not just on employee level, also on the employer level.
What do you look forward to most in your day?
RJ: Interacting with people and providing the best internal customer service as possible.
Is there anything else you’d like to add?
