From humble beginnings in 1942 as a mobile catering company in Seattle, we have evolved into one of North America’s leading custom food manufacturing companies. 

We operate eight state-of-the-art facilities across the US and Canada, and employ more than 2,000 associates—the secret to a quality product is our people!

Today, we supply handcrafted sandwiches, wraps, snacks, flatbreads, burgers, protein snacks and more to the most respected foodservice brands. Even though we now serve a wide range of customers from neighborhood cafes to Fortune 500 companies, our commitment to service has never diminished. 

Whether assembling a product to a customer’s exact specifications or working together to bring a new idea to market, we’re a hands-on partner, every step of the way.

Our History

We know a thing or two about rolling with the times. After all, we started as a small, locally based Seattle mobile catering company. We served a lot of construction and industrial areas and our roots are firmly planted in providing everyday folks with good, nutritious, quality food items at reasonable prices.

Over the years our company has changed hands and names, but as more mobile trucks were added to the fleet so came the need for better and faster food manufacturing services.  As we stretched our goals and imagination, we quickly developed into the company you see today. In 2006, the mobile catering side of the business was sold to concentrate on the manufacturing side. Over time we became a leader in the industry with some of the best quality assurance practices in the world. As of 2024, the company now has 8 locations across North America.
