Logan Worley is a QA Manager in Phoenix and has been with SK since 2018. We asked Logan a few questions about his work with SK and what he enjoys most.
What is your favorite thing about working at SK Food Group?
LW: I enjoy engaging in collaborative efforts with both upper management and fellow team members. Whether it involves working collectively to achieve a shared objective, implementing cross-functional strategies, or devising solutions to potential challenges that lie ahead.
Why do you think people should join the SK family?
LW: SK Food Group takes excellent care of its employees and offers impressive benefits. The growth potential for employees within the company is outstanding. I have personally witnessed numerous employees being promoted to higher roles.
What do you look forward to most in your day?
LW: I look forward to the daily interactions with our associates and building relationships with the people in the facility. It’s important to me that associates know that they are seen and heard.
