Monica Mena is a Human Resource Supervisor in Phoenix. She has been with SK since 2019. We asked Monica a few questions about her work with SK and what she enjoys most.
What is your favorite thing about working at SK Food Group?
MM: I really enjoy working with people, my favorite part of coming to work is when I can help someone bring out the best version of themselves. Bringing out the best in our associates creates a culture of a winning team and who doesn’t like to be part of a winning team?
