Senior Marketing Director Dr. Douglas G. Hall has been with SK since 2019. We asked Douglas a few questions about his work with SK and what he enjoys most.
What is your favorite thing about working at SK Food Group?
DH: I take pride in being a lifelong learner. SK Food Group views this as an asset and supports my personal and professional development. In addition to growing my skillset in Marketing, SK Food Group has encouraged me to work on multiple special projects ranging from recruiting, Public Relations, Diversity & Inclusion and Environmental, Sustainability and Governance initiatives. As I continue to develop my skillsets, the company provides opportunity to fully utilize these skillsets.
Why do you think people should join the SK family?
DH: The SK Family really lives the four core values including We Care, Do The Right Thing, Deliver as Promised and Whatever It Takes. I see these values come to life every day in the way we make decisions, partner with customers and suppliers and our daily work. These values are engrained in our cultured from the Production Line Workers to Senior Executive levels.
What do you look forward to most in your day?
DH: As a remote employee, I absolutely love our morning huddles and weekly team meetings. My work and coworkers are an important part of my life and I get a great deal of enjoyment interacting with them and solving complex problems together.
