Associate Spotlight: Mayra Elizabet Milian Bethancourt

Mayra Elizabet Milian Bethancourt is a Manufacturing Supervisor in Phoenix who has been with SK since 2018. We asked Mayra a few questions about her work with SK and what she enjoys most. 

What is your favorite thing about working at SK Food Group?

MB: The People, they motivate me to make SK Food Group successful especially during start up. The fast pace and excitement that everyone has to show our first hour report is a great experience.

Why do you think people should join the SK family?

MB: If you want a career growth, SK Food Group is the place. I always use myself as an example I have been with SK Food Group for 5 years and have grown and been promoted many times within those 5 years. I am thankful to be a part of the SK Food Group family and look forward to continuing my growth here.

What do you look forward to most in your day?

MB: Knowing that our leads and associates are so motivated to reach our daily goals, they care and are always asking how close we are to reaching our goal.
