All of our products are hand-made with processes supported by a network of motorized conveyor systems. Our slicing capabilities allow us to prepare meat and cheese for a wide range of thickness and weight specifications. Our products are individually assembled by team members who have been trained in quality control, food safety processes, and production output. This 'human' touch supports the visual appeal and appetizing appearance of our products and enhances quality control. From there, depending on the product and its end delivery, our packaging systems are either partially or fully automated.
Our warehouse is a compact storage and distribution facility that utilizes high rack storage and speed racking for key items. Staffed by an experienced, certified crew, our warehouse personnel are CDL ‘Class A’ certified and are trained on all lift equipment. In order to promote job safety, all team members undergo ongoing training in all aspects of job safety. To further insure timely delivery, we employ an on-site maintenance staff that is certified in equipment and facilities maintenance and support.
